La <strong>m\u00e9diation<\/strong> a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le comportement reproch\u00e9 n&#8217;\u00e9tait que la partie \u00e9merg\u00e9e de l&#8217;iceberg. Lors d&#8217;une <strong>m\u00e9diation,<\/strong> il est fondamental de comprendre les raisons profondes des <strong>conflits<\/strong> afin de favoriser l&#8217;\u00e9mergence de <strong>solutions <\/strong>qui puissent \u00eatre <strong>p\u00e9rennes. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9diation leur a permis de se confronter, de s\u2019expliquer point par point et de d\u00e9cider du modus operandi de leur <strong>relation<\/strong>.
